Each administrative agency of the use of the facilities and amenities are used after consultation with representative.
Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.
Facility charges paid by each administrative agency is given to the provisions.
This site, and each case management agency to violate the provisions of facilities and facilities reserved for cancellation can take action.

<예약자 안내사항>
1. 예약한 시간에 도착해주세요.
2. 무단결석은 이용을 원하는 다른 분들에게 피해를 주는 일입니다.
3. 원활한 진행을 위해 불참할 경우 꼭 예약 취소해 주세요.
4. 사전 취소 없이 불참한 경우, 이후 신청 프로그램에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
5. 식수가 제공되지 않으니 개인물을 지참해주세요.
6. 프로그램 관련 (내용변경, 취소 등) 안내시 문자로 연락드리오니 예약시 휴대폰 SMS 수신거부를 체크하지 마세요.

※ 식물문화센터 온실 입구는 양천향교역과 가깝습니다. 가급적 대중교통을 이용해주세요.
※ 주차비 지원이 되지 않습니다.
8. 일별 신청인원 10명 미만 일 경우 프로그램이 취소될 수 있습니다.
9. 사정에 따라 운영내용·코스·시간 등 변경·단축·취소될 수 있습니다.

<공중보건을 위해 아래사항을 지켜주세요>
○ 방문시 발열, 호흡기 증상 등 방역에 협조해주세요.
○ 손씻기, 기침예절 준수, 씻지 않은 손으로 얼굴 만지지 않기, 비치된 손 소독제를이용하해 주세요.
○ 침방울이 튀는 행위(노래부르기, 야호 등 소리지르기)나 신체접촉(악수, 포옹 등) 자제해주세요.


<공원이용 안내>
1. 공원은 연중무휴이나 시설이용은 매주 월요일 휴관 입니다.
(동절기 11월-2월) : 온실과 주제정원 매표마감은 4시, 퇴장은 5시 입니다.
2. 유모차(36개월 미만), 휠체어 대여 가능 – 신분증필수지참 – 식물문화센터 안내센터
3. 입장료 면제대상 : 65세 이상 및 국가유공자, 장애인 (반드시 신분증 지참), 다둥이 가족(반드시 '다둥이 행복카드' 지참)
경로단체의 경우에도 개별 신분증 지참
4. 할인 혜택 : 단체 30명 이상 30% 할인
