  • Q The payment button is not responding.
    A

    When you click Make a payment, the payment window may not appear.

     

    Please check whether pop-up is blocked in your browser settings.

     

    Disable the pop-up blocker to proceed with the payment. 

     

    Additionally, be mindful that if the pop-up is closed while the payment is in progress, this might cause the payment to be be interrupted.



     
  • Q How to change a reservation?
    A

    Only free services reservation can be changed.


    For other services, the user should cancel the current reservation first and make a new one.


     
  • Q How to use the Zero Pay payment?
    A

    ** Zero Pay Payment can be used for all public services that allow its use.

     

    [Payment with Zero Pay]

     

    1. Apply for a reservation 

     

    2. Click the [Payment] button in My Page > Reservation

     

    3. Select Zero Pay on the pop-up

     

    4. On the pop-up (provided by the payment agency INICIS)

      1) Agree to the terms and conditions
      2) Select payment method: Simple Account Transfer - Zero Pay 
      3) When you see the QR code screen, go to the Zero-Pay App on your mobile phone, shoot the QR code and proceed with the payment.
      4) On the PC back to the screen displaying the QR code, click the Make Payment button.

     

    5. If payment is successful, you will be directed to the reservation completion screen.


    ** There are 19 Apps supporting Zero Pay Payment   as of June 8, 2020    

      - Bank Pay (Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute), SH Partner Bank (Soohyup Bank), Shinhan Sol (Shinhan Bank), Sum Bank (Busan Bank),

        NH App Cash (Nonghyup Bank), K-Bank (K-Bank), I-ONE Bank (IBK Bank), Naver Pay (Naver),

        Money Tree (Galaxy Communications), Check Pay (Coocon), Payco (NH&Payco),

  • Q Guide for popular service reservation.
    A

    1. First you need to register either through the Seoul Unique Membership or through I-PIN.


    2. Before starting reservation, visit the site and check the detailed information along with the date of your reservation.


    3. A PC environment is more convenient than a mobile phone. Information input might be difficult on a touch screen. Also, be mindful that you may miss your reservation if you experience a connection failure while on Wi-Fi or mobile data.


    4. The timing is important because the reservation button is activated when you start the reservation process.


    5. Please check your payment method before starting your reservation. For card payment, use Internet Explorer, and if possible, install security-related programs in advance.


    6. It is faster to give it a second try before making a phone inquiry for connection failure. Another user might be on the phone already.


    7. Don’t waste time thinking ‘why am the only one who cannot connect?’. Though everyone thinks that way, many are also making their reservations successfully.

  • Q Though I completed a payment, My Page displays ‘Payment Pending’ still.
    A

    Many users experience connection issues during payment.

     

    In most cases, the problem is caused by closing a window that should not be closed during the payment.

     

    Please check whether the payment has been made on your credit card or bank account, and if it is the case, contact the administrator of the service provider.


  • Q How to cancel a payment?
    A

    Select the reservation you want to cancel on My Page and click the Cancel Reservation button at the bottom.


    Sometimes the cancel button is not visible because the service date or the cancellation date has passed.


    Be mindful of this, and if necessary, check with each service provider whether cancellation is possible.
