Each administrative agency of the use of the facilities and amenities are used after consultation with representative.
Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.
Facility charges paid by each administrative agency is given to the provisions.

※ 신청자 주의 사항

① 감면대상자는 프로그램 신청 시 반드시 증빙자료(주민등록등본)을 첨부하여 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
→ 감면대상자로 신청하였음에도, 증빙자료가 첨부되지 않은 신청 건은 예외 없이 자동 취소됩니다.

② 학년별 운영 일정에 맞게 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
1) 저학년(1~3학년)은 고학년(4~6학년) 프로그램에 신청할 수 없습니다.
2) 고학년(4~6학년)은 저학년(1~3학년) 프로그램에 신청할 수 없습니다.
→ 학년 구분에 맞지 않게 신청한 경우 예외 없이 자동취소 됩니다.

③ 수강료에는 프로그램 2회 수업과 재료비(실비)가 포함되어 있습니다.

④ 자녀가 2명 이상인 경우라도 자녀별로 각각 신청해 주셔야 합니다.
→ 한 번의 신청으로 여러 명이 함께 신청할 수 없으며, 반드시 자녀별로 개별 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

⑤ 프로그램 개시일 전까지 취소를 요청하시면 전액 환불됩니다.
→ 프로그램 개시일 이후 취소 요청 건은 환불이 불가합니다.

⑥ 기상 악화 또는 우천으로 천체 관측이 어려운 경우, 가상 천체를 활용한 관측 프로그램으로 대체 운영됩니다.
→ 자체 개발한 가상 천체 콘텐츠를 활영하여 동일한 교육 효과를 제공할 예정입니다.

⑦ 프로그램 신청 시 반드시 참여하는 자녀의 이름을 해당란에 기재하여 주시기 바랍니다.
→ 대리 출석 또는 대리 수강이 확인될 경우 프로그램 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
