서울시민의 추억이 담긴 비디오테이프를
디지털 파일로 변환할 수 있는 시민체험 행사를 개최합니다.

1. 기본사항
□ 신청대상: 서울시민 누구나 참여 가능

□ 준비물품
- 비디오테이프(VHS·6mm·8mm), 카세트테이프
- 저장매체(USB, 외장하드 등 16GB 이상)

□ 변환대상: 시민 추억이 담긴 비디오·카세트테이프(1인당 최대 2개)
- 저작권이 있거나 폭력 및 음란물 등 사회 통념상 부합하지 않은 영상물은 제외
- 신청 매체에 오류가 있는 경우 변환이 불가할 수 있습니다.
- 디지털화된 영상물(사본)을 서울기록원에 기증 의사가 있는 경우, 활용 동의서 작성
- 비디오테이프의 보관상태 등의 이유로 변환 중 테이프의 끊어짐이 발생할 수 있음

2. 디지털 변환 시민체험
□ 체험기간: 2026. 6. 8.(월) ~ 6. 26.(금) ※ 주말 및 휴일 제외

□ 체험장소: 서울기록원 1층 체험실
- (주소) 서울특별시 은평구 통일로 62길 7 서울기록원
- 주차 공간이 부족한 관계로 대중교통 이용을 부탁드립니다.

□ 체험시간
- 주간 일 3회 운영(회차당 체험 인원 2명)
- 10:00~11:30 / 13:30~15:00 / 15:30~17:00
- 야간 주 2회 운영(화요일, 목요일만 운영)
- 화요일: 2명, 목요일: 2명
- 18:30~20:00

□ 접수기간: 2026. 5. 26.(화) 10:00 ~ 5. 29.(금) 18:00
- 선착순 102명 마감 시까지
- 접수된 인원에 한하여 서울기록원 방문 및 준비물 안내 예정

□ 신청방법: 서울시공공서비스예약(yeyak.seoul.go.kr)을 통한 선착순 신청

□ 체험내용
- 비디오테이프를 직접 디지털 파일로 변환하는 과정을 체험
- 재생기가 없어 확인하기 어려웠던 아날로그 비디오 영상을 직접 확인
