- 운영일시 : 매주 수 09:30~11:30/ 금 14:00~16:00

- 8명/회 (최소 6명 이상)

ㅇ 활동 내용 : 몸과 마음에 활력을 채우는 시간
- 스트레칭, 편백봉 집중놀이, 향기정원 경험하기
- 족욕 및 편백풀, 향기주머니 만들기, 싱잉볼 이완
※ 계절, 대상자, 인원에 따라 산림치유지도사가 다양한 활동을 조합하여 구성

○ 복장은 편한 신발, 하의는 무릎까지 올릴 수 있는 긴바지 착용 권장합니다.
○ 자차 이용 시 서울대공원 주차장을 이용해 주세요.
(4~5월, 9~10월 나들이 기간에는 주차장이 혼잡하오니 가급적 대중교통을 이용해주세요.)
