Attention

1. 휠체어 길이 130cm, 넓이 76cm 이하만 탑승가능하며 미동의시 이용 불가 합니다.

2. 탑승자 명부에는 반드시 휠체어를 이용하는 장애인콜택시 고객 1인 이상 포함되어야 하며 이용 당일 미탑승시 운행 불가합니다.

3. 이용 당일 신청인원의 80% 이상 탑승하여야 하며 미충족시 운행 불가합니다.

4. 버스와 운전원은 제공되며, 이용자 부담(통행료, 주차비, 여행자 보험 등) 비용이 발생합니다.

5. 타인의 도움이 필요한 탑승자가 포함된 경우 반드시 도움을 줄 수 있는 분이 동행하여야 합니다.

6. 운행차량은 솔라티(휠체어 2석, 일반 6석)차량이며, 차량 정비 상태에 따라 운영이 불가능한 경우 다른 차량이 배차될 수 있습니다.
