2. 무단결석은 이용을 원하는 다른 분들에게 피해를 주는 일입니다.
3. 원활한 진행을 위해 예약 취소는 프로그램 진행 1일전까지 꼭 취소해 주세요.
4. 「서울특별시 도시공원조례 제19조(요금 등의 환불)」 일부 개정에 따라 취소 수수료가 발생합니다(2021.6.1.일부터).

5. 사전 취소 없이 불참한 경우, 이후 신청 프로그램에서 제외 될 수 있습니다.
6. 프로그램 관련 (내용변경, 취소 등) 안내시 문자로 연락드리오니 예약시 휴대폰 SMS 수신거부를 체크하지 마세요.
7. 프로그램 참여 현장에서 촬영된 사진이나 동영상은 서울시 홍보자료로 사용될 수 있으니, 원하시지 않는 분은 프로그램 시작 전에 말씀하여 주시기 바랍니다.
