● VR체험은 답십리영화미디어아트센터 기획전시실에서 하실 수 있습니다.
● VR체험은 예약제로 운영하며, 노쇼 방지를 위해 예약금 5,000원을 받고 있습니다.
● VR체험 이용일 3일 전까지 취소 시 100% 전액 환급 진행되며, 이용일 2일 전부터는 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.
● VR체험 노쇼 발생시 예약금 5,000원 환급은 불가능합니다.
● VR체험은 회 당 40분 운영합니다.
● VR체험 운영회차는 평일 10:30~11:20, 1:30~2:20, 4:50~5:30 3회차, 주말 10:30~11:20, 1:30~2:20, 4:50~5:30, 7:30~8:20 4회차로 운영됩니다.
● 월요일은 답십리영화미디어아트센터 휴관일이므로 운영하지 않습니다.
● VR체험은 일 1회만 가능합니다.
● VR체험 1회차 당 예약 가능 이용 인원은 최소 1명부터 최대 5명입니다.
● 예약은 서울특별시 공공예약서비스 회원 가입 후 진행하시기 바랍니다.
● 아이디 당 1일 1회의 예약만 가능합니다.
● 00:00~00:30에는 시스템 점검으로 당일 예약을 할 수 없습니다.
● 예약은 7일전 부터 가능하며, 취소는 회차 시작 하루 전까지 가능합니다.
● 예약 시간 10분전 방문해주시기 바라며, 예약 이후 도착하실 경우, VR 체험이 어려울 수 있습니다.
● VR 체험시 어지러움, 두통, 멀미가 발생 할 수 있으니, 심신미약자, 노약자, 어린이, 임산부는 체험에 주의해주시기 바랍니다.
● VR 체험은 이용자 안전과 원활한 체험을 위해 12세 이상, 키 150cm 이상으로 권장하고 있으나, 보호자 동반 시에도 체험이 가능합니다.
● VR 체험은 양 손 및 몸의 움직임이 필요한 체험이므로 이용에 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
● 장비 소독 및 기기 교체 등 쾌적한 체험 환경 유지를 위한 1일 2회(11:30-13:00, 14:20-16:50) 점검 시간을 운영합니다.
