미국 드렉셀대학교(Drexel University) 연구에 따르면, 단 45분간의 미술 활동만으로 참가자의 75%에서 스트레스 호르몬인 코르티솔 수치가 감소한 것으로 나타났습니다.

코르티솔은 우리 몸이 스트레스에 대응할 수 있도록 돕는 중요한 호르몬이지만, 높은 상태가 오래 지속되면 몸과 마음 모두 지치기 쉽습니다.

이번 드로잉 시간은 잘 그리는 수업이 아닙니다.
한 주 동안 쌓인 생각과 감정을 종이 위에 자유롭게 풀어내며, 잠시 쉬어가는 시간입니다.
