1.예약취소는 1일전까지 마이페이지를 통해 취소해주세요.
2.부득이하게 참석이 어려우신 경우, 타인의 소중한 체험기회를 위해 반드시 1일 전까지 취소나 사전연락 부탁드립니다.
3.프로그램 운영시간 10분전까지 도착해주세요.
4.프로그램 참여시 개인정보 동의서에 꼭 서명해 주세요.(연령, 성별, 뇌파 측정, 사진 및 영상 촬영 동의)
* 프로그램 진행 시 활동 내용 사진 및 영상을 촬영할 수 있으며 보고서 작성 또는 홍보용 자료로 이용될 수 있습니다.
5.안전하고 유익한 프로그램을 위해 전문강사의 안내에 반드시 따라 주셔야 합니다.
6.프로그램 이용 시 발생하는 안전사고 책임은 본인에게 있습니다.
7.개인 식수가 필요한 경우 따로 준비해 주세요.
8.주차장은 주차 요금이 발생합니다. 대중교통을 이용해 주세요.
* 주차비 지원은 되지 않습니다.
9.기상 여건 및 현장 상황에 따라 프로그램 세부내용이 변경될 수 있습니다
10.별도 취소 안내가 없으면 우천 시에도 프로그램은 정상 진행됩니다.
