❐ 예약취소는 전일 17시전까지 '마이페이지'를 통해 해주시기 바랍니다.
❐ 우천시(약한비)에도 프로그램 진행됩니다. 우천시에는 우비 또는 우산과 장화 등 비가 와도 활동 가능한 복장으로 참여해 주십시오.
※ 단, 프로그램 내용은 날씨 상황에 따라 변동 될 수 있으며, 비가 많이 올 경우에는 취소될 수 있습니다.
예약 후 취소시에는 마이페이지 - 예약번호 클릭을 통해 진행해 주세요. 전일 17:00이후에는 취소처리가 되지 않으니 유의하십시오.
❐ 프로그램 관련 안내는 문자로 연락드리니, 예약 시 휴대폰 SMS 수신거부를 체크하지 마세요.
❐ 아래 기준에 따라 프로그램은 취소될 수 있으며, 취소 시 전일 17시 기준 문자 안내드립니다.
- 폭염주의보 발령 시, 한파주의보 발령 시, 폭우 시, 폭설 시, 미세먼지 비상저감조치 발령이나 시행 시
- 전염병에 의한 집합금지 시 정부 방역지침 준수
