Reservation service at public facilities compliance requirement

■ 프로그램명: 마음산책 - 익숙함에 숨을 불어놓기

■ 운영일시 : 8월 1, 8, 15, 22일(토)
10:00~12:00
■ 참가비: 무료
■ 참가대상: 자연과 자기 돌봄에 관심 있는 성인
■ 참가인원: 12명(인원수만큼 예약 바랍니다.)
■ 예약인원 5명 미만시 프로그램 취소 가능
■ 모이는곳: 북서울꿈의숲 아트센터 1층(정원문화힐링센터)
(프로그램 시작 5분 전까지 도착해 주세요)

■ 프로그램 목적
"산책과 텃밭 가꾸기로 만나는 내면의 울림"
숲 산책을 통해 감각을 깨우고, 공동 텃밭을 일구며 내면의 감정을 자연에 투사하여 정서적 회복과 자존감을 높이는 치유의 시간입니다.

■ 세부 프로그램 내용
익숙함에 숨을 불어 넣기
- 잡초 뽑아내고 쉬어가며, 다시 엮는 나의 치유
8월 1일: 잡초 뽑고 당근씨 파종
8월 8일: 잡초 뽑고 리스 만들기
8월15일: 잡초 뽑고 숲 속 부산물로 리스 만들기
8월22일: 잡초 정리 및 이름 모르는 풀꽃 작은 다발 만들기
- 산책과 텃밭 정원 일구기를 통한 내면 소통 및 치유 과정
■ 준 비 물: 편안한 복장, 미끄럽지 않은 운동화, 개인 물 또는 텀블러, 개인 우의 또는 방수 외투, 필요 시 개인 손수건
야외활동 시 모자, 흙 만짐이 불편한 경우 개인 장갑.
■ 유의사항
- 프로그램은 실내에서 시작하며, 날씨와 현장 안전 상황에 따라 야외 산책과 텃밭 활동 시간이 조정됩니다.
- 약한 비에는 우의를 입고 짧은 산책을 진행합니다.
- 강한 비에는 실내 자연물 치유활동으로 운영합니다.
- 자연물은 관찰, 기록, 공예 활동 중심으로 활용합니다.
- 공원·산림·보호구역의 식물은 임의로 채취하지 않습니다.
- 알레르기나 호흡기 민감성이 있는 분은 신청 시 사전에 알려 주시기 바랍니다.
- 활동 사진은 동의하신 분에 한해 촬영합니다.
  • 활동이므로 기상 상황에 따라 일정이 변동될 수 있습니다.
  • 프로그램은 일회성 체험이 아닌, 식물의 전 생애주기를 돌보며 치유하는 과정이므로 적극적인 참여를 부탁드립니다.

■ 영상 33℃ / 영하 12℃ 이하 시 취소(프로그램 시행 전일 오후 4시 기상청 예보 기준)
■ 강수 확률 70% 이상 시 취소(프로그램 시행 전일 오후 4시 기상청 예보 기준)
■ 미세먼지 예보 151㎍/㎥초과 시 취소(서울시대기환경정보 미세먼지 예보의 발령 및 행동요령 기준)
