Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.

Attention

1. 예약 시 체험시간 확인 : <체험일자> 클릭 - <예약하기> - <회차> 클릭 후 확인 가능!
2. 예약 시 결제(신용카드, 계좌이체)를 진행하셔야 최종 예약이 완료되며 별도의 안내 메시지 없습니다. (2시간 내 미 결제 시 예약 취소됩니다.)
3. 입장시간 : 체험시작 10분 전 반드시 도착!! 정시 체험 진행! 체험 중간 입장 금지!
체험시간 : 체험별 상이(유아 40분 ~ 1시간, 성인 체험 종료 후 퇴실)
- 모든 체험자가 함께 체험이 진행될 수 있도록 준비해주세요.
4. 대상에 따른 참여자 인원 확인 후 신청해 주세요.
- 영유아 대상(보호자 동반 1인 포함), 영유아 외(체험신청자만 입장가능!)
- 성인체험 진행 시 돌봄 필요한 아이동반 불가!
- 단, 주말프로그램은 가족참여 프로그램으로 성인+아이 최대 2명까지 입장 가능!
5. 체험신청자 4명 미달 시 프로그램 폐강(4명 이상 체험 가능!)
- 체험일 5일 전 확인 후 안내메세지 전송 예정
(ex: 화요일 체험 – 목요일 확인, 수요일 체험 – 금요일 확인, 목요일 체험 – 토요일 확인, 금요일 체험 – 화요일 확인, 토요일 체험 – 수요일 확인)
6. 단체예약 : 유선(02-351-8034) 협의가능!
희망체험일에 타체험자 예약 없을 시 프로그램 및 체험 인원 변경 가능!
7. 체험취소는 체험일 1일 전까지 <마이페이지> 직접 취소가능! 당일취소 환불불가!
