※ 산림치유는 질병의 치료 행위가 아닌 건강의 유지를 돕고, 면역력을 높이는 치유활동입니다.

※싱잉볼 명상은 '소리'와 '파동을 이용한 명상법으로 몸과 마음을 깊이 이완시키고 정서적 안정과 집중을 돕는 치유적 명상입니다.

※ 체험 내용은 방역지침이나 날씨 등 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
※준비물: 마시는 물과 손수건, 간편한 복장
