※ 주차장 입구는 서울시립사진미술관 옆에 있습니다. 주차장 이용 요금은 5분 당 400원입니다(서울시 산정 기준).
※ 관람에 늦지 않도록 미리 주차를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 예약 부도(No-show)의 경우 이 후 6개월 간 이용이 제한됩니다.
※ 프로그램 시작시간 기준 10분 이상 지각시 참여가 제한됩니다.
※ 예약 및 변경은 이용당일 운영 전까지만 가능합니다.
※ 예약 취소는 이용일 1일전까지만 가능합니다. 당일 취소는 02-920-4300/4301으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 8세 미만은 보호자 동반입니다.
※ 단체 예약 접수는 한 달 전 마감입니다. 사전 예약 된 단체 스케줄로 일부 전시해설 스케줄은 진행이 어려울 수 있습니다.
※ 체험시간은 변동이 불가능합니다(시간이동,축소운영, 연장운영 등 불가)
※ 당일 프로그램 이용 대상에 해당하지 않는 경우 프로그램은 현장 취소됩니다(학생 연령, 인원수 등)
※ 서울로봇인공지능과학관은 부가가치세법 제26조에 의거한 부가가치세 면제기관으로, 입장료는 현금영수증이 발행되지 않습니다.
※ 과학관 내에는 음식물 처리가 가능한 시설이 없으며, 단체 인원 식사 가능한 공간이 없습니다.
※ 체험공간에는 물을 제외한 음료 및 음식물을 반입할 수 없습니다.
※ 운영직원의 안내에 따라 체험활동 및 관람 부탁드립니다.
