숲에 존재하는 다양한 환경요소를 활용하여 인체의 면역력을 높이고, 신체적 · 정신적 건강을 회복시키는 활동을 말합니다.
(산림문화휴양에 관한 법률 제2조)
※ 산림치유는 질병의 치료 행위가 아닌 건강의 유지를 돕고, 면역력을 높이는 치유활동입니다.

프로그램 개요

6월~11월 <헤아림, 토닥정원애 들다> 프로그램 *8월제외

○ 참여대상 : 1년 이상 정상적인 부부생활을 했음에도 임신이 되지 않은 부부 (난임부부)
○ 모집정원 : 10명
○ 취소 기간 : 신청한 프로그램 시작 2일 전까지
○ 참가비 : 무료
○ 진행 시간 : 오전 10:00~12:00
○ 준비사항 : 숲활동이 가능한 복장, 모자, 운동화나 등산화, 마실 물, 모기 기피제 등
○ 장소 : 우장근린공원 힐링체험센터
○ 오시는 길 : 별도의 주차공간은 없습니다.
자가용으로 오실 경우 가까운 주자차장은 강서구민회관 주차장(유료)이 있으나 장소가 협소합니다. 대중교통 이용을 권장드립니다
대중교통 이용시 1) 우장산역 1번 출구 - 마을버스 강서05번 탑승 - 강서구민회관에서 하차 - 계단길로 약 100미터 *국궁장 옆 화장실 건물 뒤
2) 가양역 8번 출구 - 마을버스 강서 05번 탑승 - 강서구민회관에서 하차 - 횡단보도 길 건너서 - 계단길로 약 100미터 *국궁장 옆 화장실 건물 뒤
