• 광진구 오감 힐링 숲해설 -

초록이 짙어지는 5월의 봄부터 낙엽이 깊어지는 11월의 가을까지,
광진구의 숲이 고요한 위로의 자리를 마련했습니다.

숨차게 걷거나 높은 산을 오르지 않아도 괜찮습니다.
누구에게나 평등하게 내어주는 그늘,
그 나무 아래로 내딛는 단 한 발자국이면 충분합니다.

매월 다채롭게 변해가는 숲의 생태를 시각과 촉각으로 읽어내며,
바쁘게 달려온 일상에 적당한 여백을 선물해 보세요.
저마다의 속도와 다름을 품어주는 숲에서,
지친 마음을 보듬고 오감을 일깨우는 치유의 산책으로 당신을 초대합니다.

🌿 5월 : 공존의 시작 (꽃들의 전략)

🌿 6월 : 초록의 연대 (잎맥의 지도)

🌿 7월 : 호흡의 계절 (여름 숲의 향기)

🌿 8월 : 생명의 리듬 (곤충의 여름)

🌿 9월 : 지혜로운 비행 (씨앗의 여행)

🌿 10월 : 색채의 위로 (단풍의 미술관)

🌿 11월 : 비움의 미학 (낙엽과 겨울 채비)

프로그램은 참여 대상에 따라 변동 될 수 있습니다.

* 운영시간 :
오전 : 10시~ (60분 / 90분)
오후 : 14시~ (60분 / 90분)

- 회당 3인 이하일 경우 프로그램이 취소 될 수도 있습니다.

* 참여대상 : 어르신, 중장년~청년, 사회적배려대상(복지관, 다문화가족, 장애인 외),
성인, 단체학교

* 만나는 장소 : 아차산 어울림정원 광장
