○ 운영기간 : 2026. 4. 22. ~ 11. 30.
○ 운영시간 : 매주 수요일 10:00 ~ 17:00 ※ 점심시간(12:00 ~ 13:00), 공휴일 제외
○ 운영장소 : 말죽거리공원 서초정원센터(서초구 강남대로 167)
○ 대 상 : 서초구민 및 서울시민 누구나
○ 운영내용 : 반려식물 생리장해, 병해충 정도 등 상태에 따른 진단·처방·치료, 반려식물 재배 관리 상담 등
* 반려식물을 소지하여 직접 방문 (사진 등을 통한 간단한 생육 장해 진단 및 상담도 가능)
* 당일치료가 원칙이나, 입원치료가 필요한 경우 서울시 반려식물병원(서울시농업기술센터)에 이관 예정
○ 이용방법
1. 전화상담: 반려식물 생육관리 관련 간단한 문제 해결(문의전화: 070-4694-0282)
2. 방문상담: 사전 예약 후 방문
- 서울시공공서비스 예약시스템에서 사전신청 후 반려식물 치료동의서 작성하여 방문 ※ 미지참시 센터에서 작성
* 예약 신청은 30분 단위(1회 1인 기준)로, 이용일 기준 30일 전부터 가능합니다. (예약취소는 이용일 전날 17시까지 가능)
* 접수가능 화분 수는 1인 3개 이하입니다. (1인당 연 최대 2회까지 이용 가능)
* 접수불가 대상: 고가 식물, 희귀식물, 분재류, 조경수, 난, 대형화분(화분지름 50cm 이상)
* 당일예약시 전화 문의바랍니다. (02-2155-6876)

■ 신청자 사전 안내사항
○ 반려식물 클리닉은 사전 예약제로 운영됩니다. (예약자 외 가족·지인 동반 가능)
○ 예약한 시간 10분 전까지 도착해주시기 바랍니다.
○ 방문이 어려우실 경우 사전 예약 취소하여 주시기 바랍니다.
○ 반려식물 치료 및 분갈이 후 직접 가지고 이동하실 경우 에코백, 신문지 등을 지참해주세요 * 화분 및 이동형 가방 미지급
○ 본인 과실로 인한 파손에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
○ 공원 내 주차가 불가하므로 가급적 대중교통을 이용하거나 인근 공영주차장 등을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 방문이 어려울 경우, 타 방문객을 위해 사전 예약취소 바랍니다.

▶ 분갈이 필요 시, 화분은 개인이 지참 필요 (별도 화분 제공 없음)

▶ 접수가능 화분 수 : 1인당 3개 이하
※ 고가, 희귀식물, 분재류, 조경수, 수고 1m 이상, 화분지름 50cm 이상 대형화분 등은 접수 불가

▶ 공원 내 주차가 불가하므로 가급적 대중교통을 이용해주시기 바랍니다.
