○ 반려식물 클리닉은 사전 예약제로 운영됩니다.
○ 분갈이 필요시 화분은 개인 지참하셔야 합니다. 여분 화분은 따로 제공되지 않습니다.
○ 입원치료가 필요한 경우 서울반려식물병원(서울시농업기술센터)에 이관 예정입니다.
○ 방문이 어려운 경우 사전 예약 취소해주세요.
○ 방문진료 시 반려식물 치료 동의서 및 이용 설문조사서를 작성해주셔야 합니다. (센터에 비치 되어있음)
