- 예약 시 기관명(ㅇ세)로 예약해 주세요.
- 각 기관에서는 12월까지 매월 주차 별로 동일요일을 선택해 주시기 바랍니다.
(예/ A유치원(어린이집) - 매주 월요일, B유치원(어린이집)- 매주 화요일 등)
- 프로그램 참여시 참여아동의 개인정보동의서(주양육자)를 사전에 받아 제출해 주세요.
- 안전보험 가입 등은 참여기관의 의무사항이며 참여 시 유아의 질병사항이나 알레르기 등 사전에 확인하시고 조치해 주세요
- 프로그램 진행 시 활동사진은 본 기관의 내부홍보용 자료작성에 쓰입니다.
- 프로그램 종료 후 QR코드로 만족도조사가 진행됩니다.(인솔자)
- 참여 후 변동사항 발생 시 미리 연락주시기 바랍니다.
