※ 예약취소는 이용예정일 2일 전까지 가능합니다.(취소하지 않는 경우 환불 불가)

※ 프로그램은 예약자만 참여 가능합니다. 미예약 동반자는 체험 참여가 어려우며, 동반 보호자께서는 1층 쉼터 등에서 대기해 주시기 바랍니다.
(단, 영·유아 및 장애인 등 도움이 필요한 경우는 동반자 1인 입실 가능)
※ 여러 사람이 함께 참여하는 프로그램으로 어린 자녀를 동반하는 참여자께서는 수업이 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 지도 및 안전관리에 협조를 부탁드립니다.
※ 다른 참여자를 위해 참석시간을 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다. (체험 시작 10분 후 참여 불가)

※ 체험료 감면 기준(첨부문서 확인)에 해당하는 경우 증빙자료를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 증빙자료를 제출하지 않는 경우 감면되지 않으며, 2개 이상의 감면 사유에 해당하는 경우 가장 높은 감면율만 적용됩니다.
