시민 누구나 몸과 마음의 균형을 회복하고, 일상 속 웰니스를 자연스럽게 경험할 수 있도록 기획된 축제입니다.
쉼과 여유, 건강한 라이프스타일의 가치를 한강에서 함께 나누며,
다양한 세대가 함께 즐길 수 있는 시민 참여형 행사로 구성되었습니다. 🌿

국내 최대 훌라댄스 커뮤니티 <훌라당> 대표 하야티와 함께하는
훌라댄스 원데이클래스 🎵🎶

'내 안의 바다를 꺼내는 춤, 훌라'

훌라는 노랫말을 손동작으로 전달하는 하와이 전통 무용입니다.
태양, 바다, 꽃, 바람 등을 표현하며 하와이의 리듬에 몸을 움직이다보면
어느새 생생한 기쁨이 찾아올거예요 :)
