시민 누구나 몸과 마음의 균형을 회복하고, 일상 속 웰니스를 자연스럽게 경험할 수 있도록 기획된 축제입니다.
쉼과 여유, 건강한 라이프스타일의 가치를 한강에서 함께 나누며,
다양한 세대가 함께 즐길 수 있는 시민 참여형 행사로 구성되었습니다. 🌿

한강 힐링 요가 : 자유로운, 플로우 무브먼트
도심의 소음을 차단하는 <노이즈 캔슬링> 요가 🧘🏻

골반 주변의 긴장을 해소하고 하체 부종을 완화하는 스트레칭과 함께
한강의 바람을 피부로 느끼는 이완 요가입니다.

Reservation History
