Guidance on the Use of Portrait Rights
Please note that photography and video recording will take place during this program.
By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent that your likeness may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, or otherwise made public through photographs, videos, or other media by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, as well as national and local government agencies and other public institutions, for public interest purposes. Participation in the event will be deemed as consent to the use of your portrait rights.
📢 General Information
1. Parking is not available nearby. Please use public transportation.
2. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program begins.
3. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation through the Seoul Public Reservation System so that other citizens may participate.
4. Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in exclusion from future program applications.
5. For outdoor programs, storage for personal belongings is not provided. Participants are responsible for their own items in case of loss.
6. Outdoor programs may be canceled due to inclement weather such as strong winds or heavy rain. In case of cancellation, an announcement will be made through the official Instagram account of the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism (SBAU). Please follow the account for updates.
7. Please take care to ensure your safety. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents caused by negligence of participants or their guardians.
8. Photos and videos may be taken during the program. Your portrait may appear in media such as the official Seoul Metropolitan Government website, publications, or news media for public purposes. By registering for the program, you are considered to have consented to the use of your portrait rights.
9. Program reservations cannot be transferred to others.
10. Except where otherwise noted, food and beverages are not permitted during the program.
11. Some programs may require a participation fee to prevent no-shows. The fee will be used for participants’ snacks and drinks.
12. Preschool children and elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian. If participants disrupt the program, cause inconvenience to others, or fail to follow staff instructions, they may be asked to leave.
13. Please note that program dates and times are subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances of the presenters. The organizer and operating team are not responsible for any damages caused by such changes.
