Use of all services is subject to the provisions of the agency. Terms and conditions of each facility must be licensed and must comply.
Each administrative agency of the use of the facilities and amenities are used after consultation with representative.
Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.
Facility charges paid by each administrative agency is given to the provisions.
This site, and each case management agency to violate the provisions of facilities and facilities reserved for cancellation can take action.

ㅇ 무단결석은 이용을 원하는 다른 분들에게 피해를 주는 일입니다.

ㅇ 원활한 진행을 위해 불참할 경우 꼭 예약 취소해 주세요.

ㅇ 사전 취소 없이 불참한 경우, 이후 신청 프로그램에서 제외될 수 있습니다.

ㅇ 프로그램 관련 (내용변경, 취소 등) 안내시 문자로 연락드리오니 예약시 휴대폰 SMS 수신거부를 체크하지 마세요.

ㅇ 주차비 지원이 되지 않습니다.

ㅇ 일별 신청인원 5명 미만일 경우 프로그램이 취소될 수 있습니다.

ㅇ 사정에 따라 운영내용·시간 등 변경·단축·취소될 수 있습니다.

ㅇ 우천시에도 운영합니다.(취소시 별도연락 예정)

ㅇ 토요일 수업은 가족, 어린이를 위한 프로그램으로 8세이하 어린이는 보호자 동반 부탁드립니다.

제19조(요금 등의 환불) ※ 부칙(시행일: 21. 6. 1.)
① 사전 납부된 입장료・이용료는 환불할 수 있으며 이용자가 취소하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의
구분에 따라 납부된 이용료를 반환하여야 한다.
1 .천재지변 및 불가항력 등의 사유로 인하여 취소한 경우: 이용료 전액 반환
2. 사용일 7일 전까지 취소한 경우 또는 예약당일 취소: 이용료 전액 반환
3. 사용일 6일~3일 전까지 취소한 경우: 이용료의 100분의 10을 공제한 나머지 금액 반환
4. 사용일 2일~1일전까지 취소한 경우: 이용료의 100분의 30을 공제한 나머지 금액 반환
5. 사용일 이후 취소한 경우: 환불 불가
