Each administrative agency of the use of the facilities and amenities are used after consultation with representative.
Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.
Facility charges paid by each administrative agency is given to the provisions.
This site, and each case management agency to violate the provisions of facilities and facilities reserved for cancellation can take action.

[필독]예약방법 안내 및 유의사항

• 서울농장은 서울시민 가족대상프로그램(배우자, 직계존비속간만 해당)입니다.
서울시민 외 타시도 지역 거주자는 참여가 불가함을 알려드립니다.
★예약자 성함/신분증(동반가족) 확인을 위하여 해당 농장에서 신분증(신청인) 및 증빙서류 확인 후 체험이 진행됩니다★

• 서울농장 프로그램은 농장별(상주, 괴산, 영암, 영월, 부여, 남해)로 1회(최대 6회) 참여가능합니다.
★2025년 변경사항 : 선착순으로 모집하되 50%는 신규이용자(농장별 최근 1년간 미이용자) 우선 선정★

- 증빙서류 : 주민등록등본 또는 가족관계증명서 중 택1(모바일 증명서 가능)
(1) 동반가족 주소지가 같을 경우 주민등록등본 1부. (2) 동반가족 주소지가 다를 경우 가족관계증명서 1부.
* 증빙서류 미지참자 또는 서울시민이 아닐경우 프로그램 참여가 제한될 수 있으니, 증빙서류를 꼭 지참하여 방문해주시기 바랍니다.

• 참여인원이 모집정원의 50% 또는 20명 미만인 경우 행사가 취소될 수 있습니다.

• 여행자보험 미가입 희망자는 각 시군별 서울농장에 "여행자보험 미가입 사실확인서"를 제출해주셔야 합니다.
제출하지 않을시 참여가 거부됩니다.(각 농장에 양식 비치)

• 모집인원 초과 접수된 신청자는 대기자로 관리되며, 취소자 발생시 각 서울농장에서 대기자 순서대로 연락드립니다.
- 해당 농장에서 입금안내 연락을 못받으셨다면 참여자로 선정되지 못하신 것입니다.

• 본 프로그램의 예약 및 환불규정 서울시 상생플랫폼(지역상생사업 > 서울농장 > 시설안내 | 상생플랫폼(서울시지역상생교류사업단))을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
