6월 15일 토요일, <예술품은 매력정원>*의 요가 체험 프로그램, '선유요가'에 여러분을 초대합니다.

4월부터 10월까지 매월 셋째주 토요일, 서울의 주요공원에서 무료 야외 공연 및 체험 프로그램이 진행되고 있습니다.

이번 주말에는 한강의 바람과 선유도의 숲내음이 가득한 전망대 위에서의 요가체험, 선유요가와 함께 고요한 내면의 대화를 시작해볼까요?

'정원도시 서울' 의 「매력가든‧동행가든 프로젝트」 사업으로 서울 주요 정원이 콘서트, 가든 투어, 액티비티, 전시 프로그램과 함께 한층 더 다채로워집니다.

✔️ 장소 : 선유도공원 선유교 전망대

✔️ 내용 : 명상, 요가, 사운드베스 체험

✔️ 체험시간 : 50분 내외

✔️ 비용: 무료(서울시 공공서비스 예약)

✔️ 준비물 : 개인요가매트, 물, 손수건(사운드베스 체험시 사용)

※ 주의 : 요가매트를 포함하여 요가 체험에 필요한 준비물은 개인이 꼭 지참해주시길 바랍니다.

Attention

1. 본 체험은 1인 1매 예약 필수입니다.

2. 1회당 30명씩 예약 선착순으로 참여 가능하며, 총 4회 진행됩니다.

3. 야외 프로그램이며, 우천 시 당일 행사 기준 30분 전 취소 문자를 발송드립니다.

4. 잔여 체험 공간에 한해 현장에서 선착순 입장이 가능합니다.

5. 예약 노쇼 발생시 추후 프로그램 예약이 제한될 수 있습니다.
