Reservation service at public facilities compliance requirement

Use of all services is subject to the provisions of the agency. Terms and conditions of each facility must be licensed and must comply.
Each administrative agency of the use of the facilities and amenities are used after consultation with representative.
Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.

시민 추억이 담긴 비디오·카세트테이프 디지털 변환

서울시민 추억이 담긴 비디오·카세트테이프를 디지털 파일로 변환할 수 있는 변환 서비스 행사를 개최합니다.


※ 6. 10 추가 공지사항
디지털 변환 서비스 방문접수 인원 미달로, 기존 인터넷 접수 추첨 인원 160명에서 18명을 추가하여 총 178명을 추첨할 예정입니다.

1. 공통사항

■ 신청대상: 서울시민 누구나 참여 가능

■ 준비물
◇ 비디오테이프(VHS, 6mm, 8mm), 카세트테이프 1인당 최대 2개
◇ 저장매체(USB, 외장하드 등 16GB 이상)

■ 변환대상: 시민 추억이 담긴 비디오테이프, 카세트 테이프
◇ 저작권이 있거나 폭력 및 음란물 등 사회 통념상 부합하지 않은 영상물은 제외
◇ 신청 매체에 오류가 있는 경우 변환이 불가할 수 있습니다.
◇ 디지털화된 영상물(사본)을 서울기록원에 기증 의사가 있는 경우, 활용 동의서 작성
◇ 비디오테이프의 보관상태 등의 이유로 변환 중 테이프의 끊어짐이 발생할 수 있음

■ 접수방법: 인터넷 접수

■ 신청기간: 2024. 6. 3.(월) 10:00 ~ 6. 5.(수) 24:00

■ 신청방법: 서울특별시 공공서비스예약(yeyak.seoul.go.kr)을 통한 사전 예약

■ 선정기준: 서울특별시 공공서비스예약 접수 후 추첨 160명 선정
◇ 선정된 인원에 한하여 서울기록원 방문 및 준비물 안내 예정

■ 방문기간: 2024. 6. 25.(화)~28.(금) (평일 10:00~12:00 접수, 휴일 제외)
◇ 서울시공공서비스예약 신청 시 방문일정 작성을 부탁드립니다.

3. 추첨(6월 10일 예정)하여 당첨되신 분들에게 안내 문자를 발송할 예정입니다.

3. 예약신청 시 날짜 선택이 6. 25.(화)로 지정되어 있으나, 실제 방문기간은 6. 25.(화)~28.(금)임을 안내드립니다.

4. 방문자의 성함, 전화번호, 방문 예정일[6. 25.(화)~28.(금) 중 하루]을 반드시 작성해주세요.
