2024 월드컵공원 소풍결혼식 신청•접수 안내

♥ 월드컵공원 ‘소풍결혼식’은 매립지에서 생태공원으로 변화된 공간에서 친환경 예식을 지행하는 야외 결혼식입니다.
- 소풍결혼식은 결혼식 준비 과정에서부터 환경을 고려한 작은 예식으로 진행됩니다.
♥ 신청방법은 서울시공공서비스예약 또는 협력 운영업체 2군데를 통해서 전화상담을 후 신청 가능합니다.

※ 소풍결혼식 장소 대관료로 금23,830원(주말4시간 기준)의 비용이 발생하며, 결혼식 기획 및 운영비용 등은 협력업체와 상담이 필수입니다.
♥ 서울시공공서비스예약을 통하여 예식 신청을 할 경우, 해당 날짜에 예식 가능 여부를 확인 후 협력업체와 상담안내토록 안내하겠습니다.
1. 신청자격 : 서울 거주(주거지 또는 직장)하는 예비 부부

- 환경예식을 지향하는 소풍결혼식 운영 취지에 공감하여 공원에 어울리는 개성있는 예식을 진행하고자 하는 예비부부
- 환경을 아끼는 마음으로 친환경 캠페인에 참여할 의향이 있는 예비부부

2. 신청기간 : 수시 (1.30. ~ 10.11. /전화상담: 월~금 09:00~18:00)

3. 신청절차

4. 예식 참여자 선정
- 선정인원 : 운영기간 중 예약 가능 일수 만큼 선정(1일 2식)
- 선정방법 : 소풍결혼식 취지 부합여부 등을 검토하여 선정(승인)
5. 업체 상담 및 계약체결
- 2개 운영 단체 중 각자 취향에 맞는 단체를 선택하여 웨딩 상담
- 선택단체와 세부 진행사항 등을 협의 하여 계약체결(예비부부↔운영단체)
5. 예식진행 : 예식 세부계획서를 바탕으로 운영원칙에 맞게 진행
