Seoul Public Service Reservation

Parking is not possible at the dome event or during professional baseball games, so please use public transportation.

※ In areas near the ground, a fine may be levied on parking the car for illegal parking.

Do not cook or light food inside the soccer field or cause any noise other than soccer games (e.g. use of a microphone, cheerleading, etc.).
All tents, canopy installations that can damage the ground inside the soccer field and disrupt the flow of space outside.
※ If you want to use it for events other than soccer, you must obtain permission from the person in charge before using it. (Contact personnel direct line 02-2128-2352)


Please refrain from booking a soccer field if you are caught selling it again without permission.



○ Reservation method : first-come-first-served application
- Reservations can be made from 9 a.m. 30 days before the date you want them.
※ You cannot make a reservation for the day and cancel the day (refund).

○ Facility status: Total front page
- 90m×50m
- 1 management unit, such as shower (locker room), for auxiliary facilities

○ Hours of use and charges (Fee according to some revision of the relevant ordinance (2021.5.1)
- 77,000 won for weekdays and 100,100 won for weekdays and holidays / 130,130 won for holidays

※ You cannot deposit a separate account because it is processed in conjunction with the payment agency (INIS).
※ If you pay with the INICIS application K-PAY, the reservation cannot be processed normally because it is not connected to the reservation system.

○ Cancellation due to personal situation : Cancellation processing in [My Page] of the reservation system
- Cancellation fee applies and is reflected in credit or check card invoices paid by Inicis, the payment agency.
- Cancellation fee (based on the date of use)
30 days to 21 days ago: 100% (no cancellation fee) 20 days to 16 days: 90% (decreased cancellation fee by 10%)
15 to 11 days ago: 80% (decreased cancellation fee by 20%) 10 to 6 days ago: 70% (deducted cancellation fee by 30%)
Five to two days ago: 60% (40% off cancellation fee) 1 day ago: 50% (50% off cancellation fee)
☞ Regulations for Refunds: Relevant to Article 11-2 of the Act on the Installation and Operation of the Seoul Special Public Sports Facilities


○ Cancellation due to natural disasters: Apply by email from the person in charge
- 100% refund will be made if canceled due to natural disasters (rain, snow, etc.). Do not cancel your cancellation. Write the below information and send it to gocheok-sc@sisul.or.kr within 7 days of use.
☞ Date of use / hours of use / facility (e.g. soccer field) / reservation person name / reason for cancellation (rain, snow, etc.) / Enter refund account number (account of the person's name)
- Make sure to attach a copy of the bankbook with the same name as the reserved person (or mobile banking screen with the account number and deposit owner name)
- However, when requesting the bank account of the team's joint name, accurately enter the depositor / Yes) Hong Gil-Dong
※ Do not cancel by wire


○ In case of cancellation due to personal situation after payment of Zero Pay: Apply by email of the person in charge
- Cancellation fee is applied and refund amount is only available for account transfer.
- Cancellation fee (based on the date of use)

- If a user cancels due to personal situation after paying Zero Pay, the person in charge can't cancel it on the reservation website of Seoul Public Service, so e-mail the person who is responsible for the following information and send it to(gocheok-sc@sisul.or.kr)
☞ Date of use / time of use / facility (e.g. soccer field) / reservation name / reason for cancellation (e.g. cancellation due to personal situation after payment of Zero Pay) / Enter refund account number (account under the name of the reservation person)
☞ Make sure to attach a copy of the bankbook with the same name as the reserved person (or mobile banking screen with the account number and deposit owner name)

- In case of cancellation due to natural disasters (rain, snow, etc.) related to zero pay payment, the cancellation procedure is the same as the normal cancellation procedure due to natural disasters (rain, snow, etc.)
☞ 100% refundable if canceled due to natural disasters. Send party e-mail(gocheok-sc@sisul.or.kr) within 7 days of use
