1. 공연하시는 분(단체) 이름으로 예약을 원칙으로 합니다(사용자명과 예약자명이 동일). 동일 팀 내 팀원별로 중복 예약 또는 불법 프로그램을 이용하여 예약한 경우 향후 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

2. 공연장 내 금지 행위
: 상품‧기업 홍보 및 광고, 물건 판매 등 상업(영업) 행위, 정치‧종교‧집회 행위, 취사(조리) 및 화기 사용 행위, 사행성 도박 및 음주 등의 무질서한 행위, 안전 및 방역관리 지침을 위반한 행위, 기타 중구의 정당한 지시에 불응하는 행위

3. 많은 사람들이 이용하는 장소이니 앰프 등 음향장비 사용 자제 부탁드리며, 별도 전기시설을 대여 및 제공해드리지 않고 있습니다.
공연 시 주변 상가에 소음을(70db 기준) 주의하고, 소음 민원이 있는 경우 음향조정 또는 사용을 중지하며 관리부서의 지시가 있을 경우에는 이에 따라야 합니다.

4. 운영조건을 준수하지 아니할 경우에는 공연(행사)를 금지하거나 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다

5. 장소 사용 시 차량 및 보행자의 통행을 방해하거나 불편을 끼치지 않아야 하며, 주변 공공시설물 및 그 보조 기구가 훼손되지 않도록 하고 훼손 시에는 중구청(02-3396-4642)에 알리고 즉시 원상복구하여야 합니다.

6. 공연(행사) 진행시 행사장 주변 청결을 유지하고 행사 종료 시에는 즉시 행사 관련 시설물을 철거하여 행사 장소를 원상복구해야 하며, 종량제 봉투를 사용하여 청소 및 오물 등을 분리수거하여야 합니다.

7. 공연(행사)시에는 사전 홍보를 충분히 하여 인근 주민들의 이해와 협조를 구하고 행사장 내‧외 안전사고 예방 및 질서 유지 등 안전 관리 조치를 취해야 합니다. 주최 측(주최, 주관, 협찬, 행위자, 신청자를 포함)은 공연(행사)으로 인하여 발생하는 모든 민‧형사상 책임을 져야 합니다.

8. 참여인원이 30명 이상의 공연을 하는 행사의 경우 안전관리계획을 작성하여 사전 제출 및 승인을 받아야 합니다.

9. 우리 부서에서 승인한 사항 외 타 기관/부서의 승인 또는 허가 등이 필요한 경우에는 반드시 해당 기관/부서에 별도의 허가를 받아야 합니다.

10. 공연자는 공연일 기준 적용되는 방역지침을 철저히 준수하고, 관객이 개인 방역지침을 준수할 수 있도록 현장 관리자를 배치하여 관리하여야 합니다.

11. 위 승인사항 및 사용조건을 위반하거나 공익상(공공행사 등) 특히 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 별도의 통지 없이 사용조건을 변경, 승인을 취소할 수 있으며, 이 경우 야외공연장 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

※ 연락불가, 소음발생 및 기타 불편을 주는 행위 등으로 민원 발생시 사용 신청이 취소될 수 있음
