○ 상담내용은 중랑구 구민정보화교육 범주내에서만 가능하며, 교육과정과 무관한 내용은 상담에서 제외 됩니다.

○ 컴퓨터AS, 하드웨어, 주식, 비트코인, 전문가 수준의 데이터관리, SNS 제작등 전문가 적인 지식이 필요한 문의는 상담이 어렵습니다.

○ 상담 예약 없이 방문 했을 시 상담이 어렵습니다.
