Reservation service at public facilities compliance requirement

Each administrative agency of the use of the facilities and amenities are used after consultation with representative.
Accidents of each administrative agency in Seoul City Hall will not accept any liability.
Facility charges paid by each administrative agency is given to the provisions.

1주차	호흡을 이용한 바른 정렬 되찾기	8.17(목) / 8.22(화)
2주차	폼롤러 근막이완&스트레칭	8.24(목) / 8.29(화)
3주차	밴드를 이용한 상체집중 운동	8.31(목) / 9.5(화)
4주차	폼롤러 필라테스	9.7(목) / 9.12(화)
5주차	밴드를 이용한 하체집중 운동	9.14(목) / 9.20(수)
6주차	매트 필라테스	9.21(목) / 9.26(화)

*5주차 프로그램의 경우 센터 내부 사정으로 인해 9.19(화)가 아닌 9.20(수)에 진행됩니다.

※ 신청시 유의사항
1. 서울 청년인 경우 신청 가능합니다(참가비 무료)
2. 프로그램은 저녁 7시 30분부터 8시 30분까지 진행됩니다.
3. 주제별 2회씩 진행되며, 각 주제 당 1회만 참여 가능합니다. 다른 주제는 제한 없이 참여 가능합니다.
4. 예약은 서울특별시 공공서비스 예약 홈페이지에서 해주세요(회차당 선착순 15명)
5. 서울특별시청년활동지원센터 다목적실에서 진행됩니다.

6. 프로그램에 필요한 도구는 모두 센터에서 제공됩니다.

Reservation History

Alerts will be sent 2 days before the reservation opening and deadline.
