진로코칭 전문가와 함께, 구체적인 진로 방향과 진로모색을 할 수 있도록 '각' 잡고 기획한 프로그램!
“숨은진로찾기 : 우리는 누구나 꿈이 있었다 1, 2기 참여자를 모집합니다.

갤럽장점검사, 버크만 검사를 통해 나의 흥미, 적성, 강점을 이해하고
이를 기반으로한 코칭을 통해 체계적으로 나의 진로를 탐색한다면!?
청년수당에 참여한 여러분들이 구체적인 진로를 설정할 수 있도록 서울시청년활동지원센터가 여러분과 함께 할게요:)

- 2023년 서울청년수당 참여자

"어떤 청년이 신청할 수 있을까?"
- 2023년 서울청년수당에 참여 중인 청년(필수)

- 진로모색/취업에 관심, 고민이 있는 청년

- 진로방향을 설정하는데 막막함을 느끼고 있는 청년
- 내가 뭘 잘했더라...? 내가 어떤 강점을 가졌고, 어떤 직무 성향을 가지고 있는지 궁금한 청년
- 전문가와의 코칭 상담을 통해 자신의 진로 방향에 대해 이야기 나누고 싶은 청년

🧡진행일정 및 내용

► 1회차: 7월 3일(월), 14:00~15:00(1시간)
- 온라인OT(zoom) 진행
- 사전검사(갤럽/버크만) 실시(OR코드 문자발송)

► 2회차: 7월 10(월), 14:00~17:00(3시간)
- 버크만 진단 해석 및 활용 워크샵
- 버크만 검사 결과 기반의 자기이해 및 직업군 탐색

► 3회차: 7월 12일(수), 14:00~17:00(3시간)
- 강점 발견 워크샵 : 타고난 재능, 개발된 장점 발견
- 직업 탐색 워크샵 : 흥미와 재능을 활용한 '나'의 직업탐색

► 4회차 : 7월 14일(금), 14:00~16:00(2시간)
- 진로 비전 워크샵 : 진로 의사결정을 통한 '나'의 비전 설계 및 선포

► 5회차 : 7월 15일(토) ~ 7월 23일(일), (1시간)
- 일대일 개인 코칭 : 커리어 방향 설정 및 행동 계획 수립

※ 개인코칭은 대면, 비대면(전화 상담/화상 상담) 선택하여 진행 가능
※ 개인코칭 일정은 코칭강사와 5회차 기간 내 개별 조율 후 진행

2. 온라인 OT, 대면 참석 3일(월, 수, 금) 일정 숙지하고, 모든 일정에 참여가 가능한 경우에만 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
3. 온라인 OT, 사전검사 미 참여시, 프로그램 참여가 불가하며, 최종 참여대상에서 제외됨을 알려드립니다.
4. 프로그램 신청 이후, 부득이하게 참여 불가한 경우 반드시 취소신청 부탁드립니다.
