󰏚 신청방법 : 서울시공공서비스 예약시스템에서 신청
󰏚 운영내용 : 반려식물 진단, 처방, 입원, 상담, 교육 등

■ 이용안내
󰏚 전화상담 : 반려식물에 대한 간단한 문제 해결
○ 방법 : 종로구 반려식물클리닉 유선전화 상담(☎02-732-2874)
○ 운영시간 : 평일 9:00~17:00 (점심시간 12~13시 및 교육이 있는 경우 제외)
○ 내용 : 가정에서 식물을 키울 때 발생되는 궁금증이나, 간단한 진료상담
※ 전화로 해결이 어려울시 영상진료로 전환하여 진행

󰏚 방문진료 : 방문 또는 입원치료가 필요한 병든 식물
○ 방법 : 서울시 공공서비스 예약시스템(https://yeyak.seoul.go.kr/) 사전접수
○ 시간 : 평일 10:00~17:00 중 30분 단위로 인터넷 예약 후 방문
○ 내용
- 접수가능 화분수는 1인 3개 이하
- 신청 시 반려식물 진단의뢰서 작성 제출 후 예약시간 방문
※ 진단의뢰서(치료동의서) : 식물명, 증상, 키우는 장소, 물주는 횟수, 특이사항 및 동의서 작성

󰏚 입원치료서비스 : 당일 치료가 어려운 병든 식물
○ 대상 : 정밀진단 후 입원치료가 필요하다고 판단되는 식물
○ 기간 : 7일부터 최대 1개월까지 입원치료 지원
○ 입원치료 제외대상
· 고가식물(시가 10만원 이상) / · 시중에서 일반적으로 구입할 수 없는 희귀식물
· 분재류 일체 및 수고 50cm이상 수목류 / · 화분지름 30cm이상 대형화분 등
· 실외에서 재배하는 식물류

󰏚 찾아가는 진료서비스
○ 대상 : 생활권 반려식물클리닉에 방문이 어려운 주민
○ 운영 : 신청 동 주민센터 순차 방문(5~8월 예정)

1. 분갈이가 필요한 경우 화분은 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 방제법에 따라 입원이 필요할 수 있습니다.
3. 접수가능 화분수는 1인 3개 이하 입니다.
4. 식물을 무조건 살려낼 수 있는 것은 아닙니다.
