￭ 운영장소 : 동대문구 반려식물 클리닉 센터 (답십리 청소년 독서실 건물, 동대문구 천호대로65길 17)

￭ 대 상 : 서울시민 누구나

￭ 신청방법 : 서울시공공서비스 예약시스템에서 신청

￭ 운영내용 : 반려식물 진단, 처방, 입원, 상담, 교육


【이용안내】
1. 전화상담 : 반려식물에 대한 간단한 문제 해결
- 동대문구 반려식물 클리닉 센터 유선전화 상담
- ☎ 070-8287-2945, 070-8287-2935

- 실내식물에 대한 궁금증이나, 간단한 진료 상담
※ 예약접수 후 전화 상담으로 해결이 어려울 시 센터로 방문하여 진행
*전화상담도 인터넷 예약을(평일 10:00~17:00 중 30분 단위)하셔야 원활한 상담이 가능합니다.

2. 방문진료 : 방문 또는 입원치료가 필요한 병든 식물
- 방 법 : 서울시 공공서비스 예약시스템 사전 접수 바로가기☞ https://yeyak.seoul.go.kr/

- 시 간 : 평일 10:00~17:00 중 30분 단위로 인터넷 예약 후 방문
( 지각하시면 상담시간이 줄어듭니다)

- 내 용 : 접수 가능 화분 수는 1인 3개 이하, 신청 시 반려식물 치료동의서 작성 제출 후 예약 시간 방문

※필 수 : 1. 치료동의서 작성 후 파일첨부 : 식물명, 증상, 키우는 장소, 물주는 횟수, 특이사항 및 동의서 작성
2. 식물사진 파일첨부

￭ 입원치료 : 당일 치료가 어려운 병든 식물
- 대 상 : 정밀진단 후 입원 치료가 필요하다고 판단되는 식물
- 절 차 : 동대문구 클리닉센터에서 서울식물병원으로 입원 의뢰
- 기 간 : 7일부터 최대 3개월까지 입원 치료 지원

￭ 입원 및 방문 치료 제외 대상

• 고가식물(시가 50만원 이상)

• 시중에서 일반적으로 구입할 수 없는 희귀식물

• 분재류 일체 및 수고 100cm 이상 수목류

• 화분 지름50cm이상 대형화분 등

• 실외에서 재배하는 식물류


【신청자 사전 안내사항】
￭ 진료, 치료, 교육은 사전 예약제로 운영됩니다.

￭ 예약한 시간 10분 전에는 도착해주시기 바랍니다.

￭ 방문이 어려우시면 사전 예약취소해주시기 바랍니다.

￭ 예약접수 후 전화로 통화하여 상담결과 해결이 어려운 경우 방문하여 진행합니다.

￭ 예약접수 시 반려식물 치료동의서가 등록되지 않았을 경우 센터에 오셔서 작성할 수 있습니다.

￭ 반려식물 치료 후 직접 챙겨 이동하실 경우 에코백 등을 지참하시고 본인 과실로 파손 시 책임지지 않습니다.

￭ 방문 시 발열, 호흡기 증상 등 증상여부를 확인 후 방문해주시기 바랍니다.
￭ 차량 방문 시 건물 측면 주차장에 주차가능합니다.
￭ 주차공간이 협소하오니 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

￭ 방문진료 시 독서실 건물 1층에서 방문접수 후 예약시간에 지하 1층 상담진료실로 오시면 됩니다.

    매주 월요일 진료 신청건에 대해서는 사전인터뷰(문진)를 위해
   휴일(토요일과 일요일, 공휴일)을 제외한 근무시간(금요일) 12시까지 신청 가능합니다.
   
■ 전화상담 : 반려식물의 간단한 문제 해결 및 상담
    방문 상담과 동일한 방법으로 인터넷 예약 후 가능
