<대관 신청 시 유의사항> * 유의사항 숙지 후 신청 *
- 2023년 1차 정기대관 심사 승인 후 잔여일정에 대하여 접수 가능(상기 사용가능 일정 확인)
- 주경기장, 보조경기장 일정중복 접수 대형행사는 경합행사로 간주하여 심사
- 제출서류(하단안내) 미제출 및 미비 시 심사대상에서 제외(별도 통보없음)
* 제출서류는 공공서비스 예약시스템에서 첨부 제출

- 동일행사 다수 일정 및 다수시설 중복 신청 시 심사 제외(별도 통보없음)

<대관 심사 후 허가절차>
- 신청접수 종료 후 10일 이내에 대관 심의 후 10일 이내 결정통보
- 심의 후 결정자에게 메일, 문서 등으로 통지
- 허가절차 안내, 일정기간 내 절차 미 이행 시 승인취소
- 사용허가 신청서 작성 (인터넷상 양식) 제출, 사용료 납부 및 허가, 정산

<대관 사용료 납부 안내 >
- 심사결과 통보일로부터 15 일 이내 완납 (대형행사는 15 일이내 10%, 30 일이내 완납 )

<체육시설 전용사용료 >
- 전용사용료, 관람권 사용료, 입장료, 부속시설사용료, 상업사용료 등 첨부파일(체육시설사용료안내문) 참고
- 경기장내 잔디사용은 1일 2시간이내 사용 - 청소용역, 바닥보호대 등 용역업체와 계약체결 후 사용

<제출서류>
- 체육시설대관사용(심사)신청서, 대관취소사유체크리스트 (첨부서식)
- 행사세부계획서 : 관람권(종류 ,금액 ,매수), 시간대별 진행순서, 출연진, 비상연락망, 재해대처계획, 경호업체 (안전대책 등), 안전관리계획(중대재해처벌법 관련 안전보건관리계획, 안전관리조직도, 분야별 안전관리책임자, 안전관리예산 편성 등 내용포함)
- 사업자등록증사본, 문화행사의 경우 출연계약서 포함
