<대관 신청 시 유의사항> * 유의사항 숙지 후 신청 *
- 2022년 3차 정기대관 심사 승인 후 잔여일정에 대하여 접수 가능(상기 사용가능 일정 확인)
- 대관 사용신청 승인 후 취소 또는 추정 사용료 대비 정산사용료 70% 미달 시 페널티 부여(향후 정기대관신청 3회 금지)
- 주경기장, 보조경기장 일정중복 접수 대형행사는 경합행사로 간주하여 심사
- 제출서류(하단안내) 미제출 및 미비 시 심사대상에서 제외(별도 통보없음)
* 제출서류는 공공서비스 예약시스템에서 첨부 제출
- 동일행사 다수 일정 및 다수시설 중복 신청 시 심사 제외(별도 통보없음)

<대관 심사 후 허가절차>
- 신청접수 종료 후 5일 이내에 대관 심의 후 3일 이내 결정통보
- 심의 후 결정자에게 메일, 문서 등으로 통지
- 허가절차 안내, 일정기간 내 절차 미 이행 시 승인취소
- 사용허가 신청서 작성 (인터넷상 양식) 제출, 사용료 납부 및 허가, 정산

<대관 사용료 납부 안내 >
- 심사결과 통보일로부터 15 일 이내 완납 (대형행사는 15 일이내 10%, 30 일이내 완납 )

<주경기장 전용사용료 >
- 전용사용료 : 평일 주간기준 1,252,000 원 (조기 및 야간은 주간의 30% 가산 ), 토·일·공휴일은 평일전용사용료의 30% 가산
- 관람권 발행 않을 경우 : 입장료 1 인당 500 원 (12 세 이하 65 세 이상 ,장애인 250 원 )
- 관람권 발행시 : 관람권사용료 (관람권 금액의 8~15%) 징수
※ 초대권에 대하여는 10~15% 이내 전액 면제 , 초과 사용은 일반권과 동액을 징수
- 전광판사용료 : 문화행사 2 백만원 , 일반행사 50 만원
※ 광고물 및 현수막 등 설치는 사전협의 (필수 )
- 상업광고 : 현수막 기준 5 제곱미터 기본 60,000 원 (1 제곱미터 12,000 원 )
- 전기 , 냉난방 , 음향 , 실방 등 사용 시 별도 사용료 부과
- 경기장내 잔디사용은 1일 2시간이내 사용 - 청소용역, 바닥보호대 등 용역업체와 계약체결 후 사용

- 체육시설대관사용신청서, 대관취소사유체크리스트 (첨부서식)
- 행사세부계획서 : 관람권(종류 ,금액 ,매수), 시간대별 진행순서, 출연진, 비상연락망, 재해대처계획
,경호업체 (안전대책 등), 안전관리계획(중대재해처벌법 관련 안전보건관리계획, 안전관리조직도, 분야별 안전관리책임자
안전관리예산 편성 등 내용포함)
- 사업자등록증사본, 문화행사의 경우 출연계약서 포함
